     Verified Warm Hospitality, Great Location, and Thoughtful Staff
Atelier Skalo Boutique Hotel delivered a memorable stay thanks to its exceptional staff. After getting lost on arrival, Kimmy patiently guided us step‑by‑step and even came outside to greet us. Kim had already impressed us before the trip by answering questions quickly and offering helpful recommendations. Their warmth made us feel instantly welcome. We stayed in the Superior Jr Suite, which was beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. The AC was wonderfully cold, and the balcony overlooking the bay and floating market was a highlight—though it could use some shade, as the heat made it hard to enjoy for long. There was no closet space in the suite, but the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchenette more than made up for it. Because the hotel is centrally located, music from the city carried on until around 2 a.m., so light sleepers may want to plan accordingly. The signage is small, making the hotel a bit tricky to find at first. The stairs are steep, but the staff is always ready to help with luggage, and the overnight security was reassuring. Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious, and the location made exploring Willemstad easy and enjoyable. A laundry service would be a nice addition, but overall, the hospitality and charm made this a great stay.

Excellent place! The hotel has everything you need. A lady received us and she was very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Mooi oud pand, dat netjes is opgeknapt. Vlakbij het centrum, Handelskade op 2 minuten lopen. Rustige sfeer, mooie porch en zwembad. Uitzicht op de achterkant van de Venezolaanse bootjes fruitmarkt. Smaakvol ingericht. Nette schone kamers. Goed bed, goede douche. Ontbijt (alleen niet op zondag) is uitstekend voor een redelijke prijs. Aardige receptie. Handdoeken en strandhanddoeken gratis verkrijgbaar. Parkeren kan in het straatje voor het hotel. Aanrader!

Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in dit hotel en vinden het een geweldig fijn hotel. Er heerst een heerlijk huiselijke en rustige sfeer. De inrichting is heel gezellig en prettig. Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en belangstellend. De kamer die wij hadden kijkt uit op de Floating Market en bestond uit een gezellig ingerichte kamer met keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Daarnaast had de kamer een geweldig balkon. Het geheel was gezellig ingericht en voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. Het hotel heeft een geweldig fijne ligging op loopafstand van het centrum van Willemstad. ten slotte bevelen wij dit sfeervolle hotel ten zeerste aan.

     Verified Charmantes Boutiquehotel in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage!
Wir waren bereits 2x für eine Nacht in diesem entzückenden kleinen Boutiquehotel. Schon bei der Ankunft wird man sehr freundlich von den netten Mitarbeiterinnen empfangen. Die Deluxe Suiten sind klasse für eine Nacht. Sogar ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles ist sauber und frisch . Bei der zweiten Übernachtung hat man uns 35% Rabatt gewährt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr mindestens 2x wieder! So macht uns Willemstad noch mehr Spaß!
